We are in a rut, same position all the time. every time we make love, its the same, first i start out on top kissing her neck and ears then a little bit of foreplay and then we go with me on top till she comes then she gets on top of me and we go till I come. Okay, so… my boyfriend and I want to start trying to have a baby but I know from the start things are going to be tricky and difficult for us. My boyfriend does not and can not get off during sex (or foreplay). The only time he can ejaculate is when he masturbates. This has been this way since the first time he had sex (not just with me). Even if he doesn’t masturbate for long periods of time, it’s the same thing.
Since we can’t just “baby dance” and hope for the best, what are the best positions to use when we attempt the very uncomfortable process of him helping himself and then finishing in me? Usually if we have sex and then he tries to masturbate afterwards, he can’t but I’ve read that it would be better for me to orgasm when (which is usually when we decide we’re done anyway) trying to conceive.
UGH. He’s seen doctors over this and none of them know why and there’s no deep rooted problems as to what could be stopping him so we’re trying to make the best of it since we really want a baby together. I have an almost four year old already and he’s been a great father figure to him since we got together when my son was almost one.

there isn’t really anything stopping us from getting married other than I have never really cared to ever get married. I plan to spend the rest of my life with him and maybe one day I’ll change my mind but a piece of paper won’t change anything for us. If he were to tell me that marriage was very important to him and it was something he was very set on, I’d marry him in a heartbeat but otherwise, I don’t think it’s needed.
