I posted this is in womens Health as well…….I figured there will be experts on this section able to give me some decent advice too
EDIT – I’m trying to be considerate here…thats why I’m asking whether using fingers first is ok……otherwise i’d have just gone ahead with it which seems logical to minimize my discomfort
