I can’t remember when this started but I am having panic attacks when my husband(of 15 years) and I start to have sex. I am okay with kissing, but if it goes into something more I feel like I will smother. I have heart palpitations and difficulty breathing. I feel as if I will be sick if he doesn’t stop. Sometimes I can force the feelings out but lately, I cannot control it. We used to have great sex, alot. Now it is rare and I get so stressed at the thought of it. How can I determine if it is all in my head or some type of health issue?

I have had sex with two different partners now and it has been uninspiring with both of them. My current boyfriend is pretty experienced and his last girlfriend had multiple orgasms during sex, so evidently I am the one with the problem. To be honest, I have yet to find anything remotely enjoyable about it. If we use enough lube then it doesn’t hurt, but it doesn’t feel good either. I always find myself just wanting it to be over. He can’t get me off "manually" either. I really really like this guy and I don’t want to hurt his feelings but I also don’t want to fake it.
Does sex actually feel good for women? What can I do to make it feel better? Also, any tips on foreplay?
He is actually quite big, and I don’t care so much about the orgasm as I do just about it feeling good.. I want to at least enjoy it and not just lay there like a mannequin. I have tried being on top but that didn’t really help either.
I think I’m just broken.

My husband and i have sex at least once a day..seems like were always on a rush,cause he usually finishes fast.I would like for us to go more slowly,and add some foreplay.How can i tell him that without hurting his feelings about him finishing quick,maybe if i initiate it first?? any tips guys/girls..thanks
its usually a quicky cause he is tired most of the time from work..sometimes he tries to last longer,by changing positions,and all,but it hardly works.

We’ve been together almost 3 years, somehow the foreplay part just dwindled, altho the actual sex is good. Should i take it personally if hes not interested in it, does it mean hes not that interested in me anymore? I need advice on how to bring up the topic in a non-critical, open and constructive way?
