Well, the average time for a human male is about 6 minutes the first round about. So dont be upset if you dont go for 30. Second of all, the more sex you participate the longer you will last. Also if you have been doing foreplay before you have sex, dont expect to last long, cause your probably really aroused and you can probably “come” in about 30 seconds. That doesnt mean foreplay is bad, but try telling your partner that you’ll last longer if you shoot out before you slide it in. hope that helps
