Me and my girlfriend used to have sex like 3 times a week during like a 5-7 month period on average. But after a while we had a long break of sex, i would guess about 1 month of no sex. When we tried to have sex i wouldn’t be able to get it up. I’d be rock hard during foreplay but as im getting the condem and putting it on i get soft. This had happened multiple times and it had bothered my girlfriend alot. She would just get frustrated that it would happen.
I ask her if she could play with penis but she has this belief that girls shouldnt have to play with their bf’s penis before sex. But before the 5-7 month period of sex, there have been multiple times where i couldnt get it up either, but after a while it went away and we had sex fine. But to this day we havn’t had sex because she didnt want the erection problem being a fuss so she just planned not to have sex with me.

Perhaps her attitude has a lot to do with your erectile dysfunction? Most men with this problem have a psychological basis for the problem. I agree, she should be willing to help you. That would be the whole point of foreplay. She is supposed to be giving some, not just receiving it. If I were you, I’d find a new girlfriend. If you are determined to keep this one, then speak to your doctor about some prescription medication. There are lots on the market right now, so you should be able to find one that works for you.
are u taking any vitamin supplements. if yes stop them and try out.
trying to take too much stimuli is sometimes the cause of this type of situation. have some cold drinks and some watermelon juice. if possible let me know the outcome.
